Positive thoughts – Studies have shown that thinking the right thoughts i.e. positively helps you feel better and generally makes you a happier person.The more positive you are or think about yourself the more confident you become. 

It gets you moving, motivated to achieve success. Also having a positive mind set helps you overcome challenges much easier and quicker. It helps you find solutions to your problems. Again research has shown that thinking positively brings with it, lots of health benefits, such as reducing stress, helps eliminate depression, helps to improve your immune system etc. NOTE: Thoughts are energy and holds creative power and draws to you what you think; be it what you desire or fears. Thoughts are spiritual, meaning you can’t see it buts it there and produces substance; that is what you see, hear, touch, feel. What you think consistently /dominantly, your mind will interpret it as what you most desire and will set out to help make it happen for you.

Negative thoughts – Toxic negative thoughts, these will not help you in anyway! ” They form part of your self talk”. WHAT YOU THINK AND SAY TO YOURSELF!!. They can start like a whisper that can turn into a blaring scream!!

It will produce tensions and stress in the body. It’s a major contributor to all manner of diseases and terminal sicknesses. Negative thoughts will make you feel bad. Produce feelings of hopelessness. It diminishes your confidence and will create failure. It does not make you feel powerful and motivated; rather it will make you feel slow & defeated. I mentioned above about thoughts being energy and holding creative power. Negative thoughts will create an atmosphere of heaviness & darkness in the atmosphere. Lack of life and lack of positive movement. Negative vibes / thoughts can usually be picked up by others and by you as well from one person to another. This can affect you only if you allow it. And if you are unstable in your thoughts i.e. you are reactive to everything that happens around you and you are emotional about everything and have no control of your thoughts and emotions, then other people’s negatives vibes / thoughts can affect you. The reason for this is that through your thoughts & emotions you are reacting to what you are seeing, hearing etc.

So in conclusion what I’m l saying? Managing your thoughts and thinking positively is good for you and supports your wellness and negative thoughts are bad for you, over time they cause stress and can lead to sickness and disease.
